Slimpal Heating Pad Troubleshooting

Battery life issues:

  1. Battery life does not meet expectations.

    • Ensure the battery is fully charged. Slimpal heating pads utilize batteries with capacities ranging from 2000mAh to 25mAh, requiring longer charging times compared to other heating pads on the market when using a regular adapter plug(5V1A). It is recommended to charge the battery for a minimum of 8 hours if an older plug is being used.

Temperature Insufficiency:

 

  1. All Slimpal heating pads are equipped with an NTC temperature sensor, ensuring they are among the most precisely temperature-controlled devices. Their temperature settings are so accurate that Slimpal heating pads do not require a 30-minute auto shut-off feature to prevent overheating and potential burns.

  2. The hottest version of Slimpal heating pads delivers a maximum temperature of 140°F (60°C). This temperature has been rigorously tested for both safety and effectiveness. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), temperatures exceeding 50°C can lead to low-temperature burns and increase the risk of cancer (Group 2A). It is not allowed by Slimpal to use and attache to heating pad directly to skin to prevent burns.
